What happens to the current period when you cancel, which payments are refundable, and how long a refund takes to arrive.
The short version
Cancel any time. You keep access until the end of what you have paid for. The first year of an annual plan is refundable in full for 30 days. Billing mistakes are always refunded.
ai-cur is operated by Harvto LLC, a California limited liability company in the United States. Harvto LLC is the party you contract with and the party that issues every invoice and every refund. Write to support@ai-cur.com for anything on this page.
Cancelling
- Monthly plans. Cancel from your billing settings or by emailing us. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month, you are not billed again, and you keep full access until then. There is no refund for the remainder of a month already paid.
- Annual plans. Cancel at any point and the plan runs to the end of its year without renewing. Within 30 days of the first payment on an annual plan you may instead ask for a full refund and immediate closure.
- The free trial. Nothing was billed, so there is nothing to cancel. If you do not choose a plan by the end of the 60 days, the trial simply ends.
- The free Tracker. Delete it from your machine. It holds no account and sends us nothing.
Refunds
- A billing error, such as a duplicate charge or a charge after cancellation, is refunded in full as soon as we see it. Tell us and we will check the Stripe record while you wait.
- An outage on our side that keeps a hosted tenant unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours in a month earns a credit for that month on request.
- Implementation, support and consulting are refunded according to the statement of work they were sold under, which names its own acceptance and cancellation terms.
- Nothing else is refundable once a period has started, because the service was available for that period whether or not it was used.
A refund goes back to the payment method that was charged and appears within ten business days, depending on your bank. Refunds are issued by Harvto LLC and will carry that name on your statement.
How to ask
Email support@ai-cur.com from the billing contact's address with the invoice number. We answer within two business days. Nothing on this page limits a right you have under a law that cannot be excluded by contract, and the terms of service say which law that is.
