For the lead who answers for the spend
Everything that governs: idle seats, plan fit against list prices, budgets and caps, alerts, exports, history beyond 90 days, and sign-in with Google, Microsoft or an email link.
$5 per managed seat a month, or $27 per seat for six months paid up front, or $48 per seat for a year. A team tries Team for 60 days with no card, and nothing converts on its own. The metrics stay free; what Team adds is the answer to what the spend returned, and the controls to act on it.
For contracts and your own platform
Everything in Team, plus sign-in through your own identity provider, declared contracts and commitments, and the Databricks, ServiceNow or on-prem profile.

You can budget for us before you speak to us. The price you see is the published price for every team; only Business, which depends on your contracts and platform, is quoted.
Priced by how you buy AI, not by headcount.
Seats are priced per managed seat, a negotiated contract per contract managed, and metered spend by a platform fee. A company that buys all three ways pays for each part it uses.
We do not price per contributor or per unit of telemetry. Either would follow how busy your tooling is, which is not directly indexed to the spend you need governed, and a per-contributor price charges you more as the team grows even when the bill does not.
